This project involved constructing a new residential/structural building from the ground up, beginning with detailed site marking and excavation. The foundation work included deep trenching, isolated footing pits, and reinforced concrete bases to support the structure. The layout appears carefully planned with multiple load-bearing points, proper brickwork, and reinforcement rods in place to align with the structural design. From excavation to footing concreting and brick foundation walls, the work progressed in a phased and systematic manner, ensuring stability, alignment, and durability from the very base of the structure.
Uneven Terrain & Soil Conditions
The site had irregular natural ground levels and large earth masses that required additional excavation and leveling, increasing manual effort and machine time.
Excavation at Varying Depths
Digging deep and wide trenches for both strip and isolated footings demanded precision and safety, especially near existing huts and uneven slopes.
Night-time Work Execution
Some digging work had to be carried out during low-light/nighttime conditions, requiring extra care, lighting, and manpower coordination.
Material Handling Within Trenches
Transporting bricks, sand, and concrete into deep pits and long trenches was labor-intensive and slowed down work speed.
Space Constraints & Worker Safety
With heavy machinery, deep pits, and narrow work areas, ensuring the safety of laborers while maintaining workflow was a major operational challenge.
