Project overview
This project involved the complete planning, construction, and finishing of a multi-storey residential building with stilt parking. The structure features modern architectural elements such as cantilevered balconies, layered façade treatments, recessed lighting, and ornamental railings. The exterior showcases a clean combination of neutral-toned wall cladding, textured finishes, and stone inlays. Interior spaces include false ceiling lighting, marble/tile flooring, modular kitchens, wooden joinery, and custom-designed windows and doors. The layout prioritizes ventilation, aesthetics, and functional circulation across all floors. Night lighting adds a premium, high-end visual appeal to the exterior, ensuring the building stands out in its locality.
Soil and Foundation Planning
Designing and executing a stable foundation system on Perumbakkam soil conditions required accurate load assessment and deep structural planning.
Structural Coordination for Cantilevers & Projections
The extended balconies and façade projections demanded precision in reinforcement, shuttering, and load distribution without compromising safety.
Material Sourcing and Uniform Finishes
Achieving consistent exterior cladding, railing details, flooring, and door-window finishes across all units required strict material quality control.
Working in a Developing Neighborhood
Limited road access, utility connections, and coordination with surrounding plots introduced logistical and scheduling restrictions.
Integration of Aesthetics with Durability
Balancing modern looks with long-term maintenance—especially for exterior surfaces exposed to heat and rain—required special attention to coatings and waterproofing.
